Located on Bay Street in downtown Harbor Springs, The Mossburg Building combines commercial and residential spaces within a three-story structure designed to complement the town’s established character. The architecture draws from northern Michigan resort traditions, with porches, traditional windows, and detailing that respond to the surrounding streetscape.

The upper levels contain open-plan living spaces organized around lake views and outdoor terraces, including a third-floor deck overlooking Little Traverse Bay.
