The Lake Drive Residence was designed for a family that has been living in East Grand Rapids for generations. It was important that the style of this home fit the neighborhood while maintaining a classic, New England character. The long, narrow lot dictated the L-Shape layout of the spaces, while the gambrel roof gives the distinctive New England architectural style.
